Robbie Morrison is one of the most highly regarded and respected writers in the UK comics industry, best known for the Eagle award-winning Graphic Novel series THE ADVENTURES OF NIKOLAI DANTE. He has created many popular and successful series, including BLACKHEART, SHAKARA, and THE BENDATTI VENDETTA. His World War I Graphic Novel WHITE DEATH, co-created with WALKING DEAD artist Charlie Adlard, enjoyed critical acclaim in Europe and the US.
He has scripted the adventures of iconic characters such as BATMAN and SPIDER-MAN, and is a regular writer of JUDGE DREDD for 2000 AD. In 2011 he completed a comic-book adaptation of the best-selling computer game DEUS EX: HUMAN REVOLUTION with artist Trevor Hairsine. Beyond comics, his short screenplay MONSTERS was a finalist for the TARTAN SHORTS film strand (BBC/Scottish Screen), and he was recently commissioned to create and develop an original drama series by BBC TV. Amongst other projects, Robbie is currently working with Dave Gibbons and a host of top artists on TREATMENT for MADEFIRE.
