Having worked as a conceptual visual development artist for nine years, Kinman Chan has interacted with some of the most creative minds in the entertainment industry.
He has been involved in projects with many major studios in the film, animation, and game industries – Disney, Sony, Rockstar, Insomniac, Ubisoft, and Lucasfilm Ltd., where he reported directly to George Lucas and Art Director Erik Tiemens on a bi-weekly basis.
Kinman has received the Honorary Master Artist Award (2011) at cghub.com, a well known hub for industry professionals, and has been published in various artist collaboratives, including The Totoro Forest Project – a fundraiser for the great Hayao Miyazaki. Notable film projects include: Disney’s A Christmas Carol; Mars Needs Moms; The Fox and the Hound 2; Curious George. Notable game projects include: Resistance: Fall of Man; Ratchet: Deadlocked; Red Dead Revolver; and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six.
